IMOLA Italia’s initial production phase centers on three advanced vehicles the Zeromax Compact City Car, the Zero Cubo Mini Truck, and the Open Sky. These vehicles are designed to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS 500) and operate at low vehicle speed. These purpose-built community cars for local community transportation, urban centers, resorts, gated communities, campuses, industrial applications and offer cost-effective, sustainable transportation solutions.

2. TECHNOLOGY

IMOLA Italia’s integrate advanced, proven technologies for efficiency & sustainability. Each vehicle features a lightweight aerospace aluminum chassis for durability & range optimization, powered by the safest lithium battery--lithium iron phosphate (LFP) in a closed-loop system that recycles end-of-life batteries to recover valuable lithium, iron, and phosphate materials reducing waste and supporting the sustainable production of new batteries. Advanced superiority in safety systems include chassis design and lithium iron-phosphate battery and software technologies; Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Battery Management System (BMS), and a Human-Vehicle Interface system with interactive digital dashboard displays, touchscreen controls, and smartphone integration, provide drivers with real-time performance data, seamless navigation, and enhanced connectivity.

The lightweight aerospace aluminum chassis, LFP batteries, and advanced software systems are already deployed in commercial markets worldwide. These systems have been rigorously tested for durability, efficiency, scalability, ensuring they are fully compliant with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS 500).
